ILEA Napa-Sonoma is governed by a local Board of Directors that is nominated and elected by the chapter. At the international level, ILEA is run by a Board of Governors and a full-time management team. The chapter and international boards are volunteer positions

If you are a new member or have never logged into the International Website, you will use the membership number listed on your ILEA ID; and your password is welcome. However, once you change your password after your first log-in; you will need to retain it for your reference and future entry to the site. You can attend a chapter meeting at a non-member, at the non-member rate. We encourage you to try ILEA out. You will get the most out of ILEA if you join and become involved in the chapter.

Chapter meetings and events are held at a different location's and dates every month - we cover a different topic and theme. This is so that you can see the latest event industry venues while also discussing current topics, trends and more. View our past and upcoming chapter events page for details.

While we love our future event professionals, the majority of our events are for adults only. Some of our venue partners also have 21+ over only restrictions as well, and that includes infants. If you are a nursing mother, please let us know at least one week in advance if you would like a private space to pump and we can work with our venue partner to try to accommodate needs.

We are a professional association and encourage business casual / wine country casual attire. Bring a light sweater or jacket as some events may be in wine caves or barrel rooms or outdoors.
